Chantal Breukers draws, but since about four years she also paints. She enjoys painting in a broader context of small films, performance, decoration with objects, and always within ‘a story’. The story remains the carrier of inspiration. Even when she paints something as small as a lemon … it still becomes a series, and thus yet another story.
